About the Job
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead and contribute to various design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor other designers.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute a wide range of design projects from concept to completion, including branding, print, digital, and environmental design.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative, inspiring environment.

About the Job
We are looking for an ideal candidate who has a passion for writing and an ability to develop engaging and goal-driven written content for various high-impact social media campaigns for clients. You will be working as a part of the content team and collaborating with the creative team to manage content for the clients.
Responsibilities

Create new written content to assist ongoing campaigns.

Develop new ideas based on the creative and strategic briefs.

Create fact-filled and engaging content which appeals to the target audience.

Conduct extensive research about the client's industry and competition analysis.

Communicate effectively and on time with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Stay up-to-date about social media trends and best practices across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Analyse content performance and adapt content accordingly.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience in writing/marketing/editing.

At least 2 years of experience with social media communications is mandatory.

Excellent writing skills in English, with proper awareness of grammar, is mandatory.

Experience in B2B marketing will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of enterprise-level language and prior experience with communications for global MNCs is desirable.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to integrate social media content and campaigns into e-commerce platforms.

Customize existing themes and develop custom themes/templates as per client needs and branding.

Ensure websites are fully responsive, SEO-optimized, and aligned with best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify websites.

Monitor and analyze site performance and user engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.

Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development and social media platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
